Delhi - Uttarakhand

On Arrival at Delhi Airport / Railway Station, we drive to Nainital. Nainital is the lake of

three sages, or the Tri Rishi Sarovar, as mentioned in the Manas Khand chapter of the

Skanda Purana. As recorded in history, the three sages, Atri, Pulastya, and Pulaha,

stopped over at Nainital on their pilgrimage to quench their thirst. Finding no water,

they dug a hole and transferred some water into it to form the sacred lake of Tibet,

Mansarovar. Thus the famous lake of Nainital came into existence. Another legend has

it that the left eye or Nain of Lord Shiva's wife Sati fell in this centre and formed an

emerald eye shaped lake, thus emerging the city of Nainital. Recent history records

reveal that Nainital was brought into the limelight by P. Barron, a British sugar

merchant, in 1839. The beauty of Nainital, with the central lake, cushioned among the

forests, attracted this person to build a house named Pilgrim's Cottage and settle in

Nainital. Arrive at Nainital, transfer to Hotel, Check in to the Hotel. The rest of the day

is free at leisure. Evening you will walk to Naini Lake and Mall road. Overnight stay at

Hotel at Nainital.

After Breakfast, a Full day is at leisure to explore the hill retreat of Nainital. It is

blessed with scenic natural splendour and varied natural resources. Visit lakes tour of

Bhim Tal, Sat Tal, Naukuchia Tal, Snow point, Thandi Sadak, cable car & Mall road etc.

Later back to the Hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight stay at Hotel at

Nainital. (Nainital Mall Road Sight Seeing Not included)

Morning Checkout from Hotel and then drive to Almora.

Almora is a scenic hill station in the northern state of Uttarakhand. Located on a five

km long ridge which is shaped like a horse shoe, Almora is a quaint town in Kumaon

Hills in the Himalayan range. It is at an average height of 1,651 meters above sea level,

and is surrounded by greenery all around with beautiful thick forests of fir and pine

trees covering the hills. Almora is a town of temples, with temple of Goddess Nanda

Devi placed in the centre of the town.Almora is an agricultural base and a trade centre

of dynamic activity. Silently placed in the lap of dutiful nature,. Koshi (Kaushaki) and

Suyal (Salmali) rivers flows by the side of this town and the town, monuments and

palaces, is surrounded by dense forests of fur and pine trees. This place is culturally

very rich and through out the year Almora celebrates many festivals and cultural

events, main attractions of the tourists to experience the cultural heritage of the

region.

on Arrival we procced to explore the unspoiled flora & fauna of this beautiful hill

station. Later back to hotel. Evening we depart for Kasauni. Overnight at Kasauni

After breakfast we drive to Ranikhet.

Ranikhet: The salubrious atmosphere, tall conifer trees, green meadows and placid

surroundings makes Ranikhet a unique hill station. The magnetism of each season in

Ranikhet is always capable of luring tourists, making it an all season destination. The

majestic Himalayas, lush green forests, sounds and smell of the flora and fauna

leaves an unforgettable impact on the visitors. worth watching excursions, ancient

temples, fascinating picnic spots and exciting treks. Ranikhet also headquarters one

of the glorious regiment of Indian Army -Kumaon Regiment. Ranikhet literally means

"Queen's Meadow". It is believed that Queen Padmini of Kumaon was in love with this

tiny hill paradise. Kind Sudhardev had to oblige her by building a palace here and

named this place Ranikhet, the queen's field. Arrive at ranikhet transfer to hotel,

check in to hotel, rest of the day is free for a leisurely walks of this gorgeous town of

Ranikhet. Overnight stay at hotel at Ranikhet.

After breakfast, check out from hotel then drive to Corbett national park. corbett National park: A promosing land for the world species at Ramnagar in Nainital distric in uttarakhand. The Corbett national park is the most dwindling part of nature resising at the himalayal foot hill & Shivalik ranges and is being called as the perfect tigers land. indias first notised wildlife sanctuary and national park established in the year 1936, brings opportunity to be hold the largest tigers population in the vicinity. corbett remains open to mid nov to mid jun, the main reason for closure of the park during the rest of the year is that mansoon make most of the roads get washed away. After mansoon, the repaire work start and it is only by nov. That roads are back in motive conditions. On arrival at Corbett transfer to hotel, check in to hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure overnight stay at hotel at Corbett.

After Breakfast, we checked out from Hotel and proceeded to Delhi by road. You will be transferred to the airport/railway station to board the flight/Train back home on arrival.

charges of the booking amount. (For Andaman, it will be 5% of the Billing Amount)

2) Due to Covid, most hotels are offering minimal food and services. Any cancellation

due to these reasons will be liable for refund as per hotel policy only. We are not

responsible for the same.

3) Suppose the payment has been made to the hotels against any booking & later

booking gets cancelled for any reason. In that case, we can only refund the Amount

once we get a Refund from the Hotel. If Hotel offers us the Credit Note, we are bound

to provide you with the same.

4) Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in

Mumbai.

COST INCLUDE

1) Accommodation on a twin sharing basis in above mentioned or similar category

hotels.

2) The hotel's complimentary use of any recreation facility as per the hotel's terms &

conditions. (subject to availability)

3) Land transportation (if you have chosen) from pick up till drop Station to Station or

Airport to Airport or as per round itinerary trip and local sightseeing as per the itinerary

by individual Vehicle as per family.

4) Vehicle cost includes all fuel charges, Driver allowance, Border tax and Toll Tax,

Parking and entry charges applicable on the day of quotation.

5) Sectors like Sikkim and Andaman are offering sightseeing on a point-to-point basis

COST DOES NOT INCLUDE

1) Any Airfare / Train fare is not included in the package cost. Airfare is included under

AIR PACKAGE TOUR only.

2) Any expenses of personal nature like tips, phone calls, internet, games, sauna,

steam, Jacuzzi, laundry, extra vehicle hire, bar, room heaters, discotheque or

Pony/horse rides, boat rides, safaris, rafting charges, skiing/skating, and cable

car/ropeway rides, etc.,

3) Extra food or beverages ordered or taken in the hotel restaurant or room except for

buffet / fixed menu meal plan.

4) The Vehicle will be allowed up to parking points & the last possible points. (Subject

to road & govt. conditions)

# Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost (During Season) & Nill (During Off-Season)
# 30 to 15 days before the trip - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost (During Season) & 25% (During Off-Season)
#15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost (During Season) & 50% (During Off-Season)
#0 to 7 days before the trip - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given Please Note: Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.

We are holiday organizers only. We inspect and select the services to be provided to

you. However, we do not own, operate, or control any airline, the shipping company,

coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan, any other

facility or provider etc., that is engaged in providing you services during your tour.

Therefore, please carefully note that:

1) There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out (In case of a medical

condition, it entirely depends on hotel policy).

2) hotels check-in and check-out times would be as per hotel policies. Early check-in

or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.

3) We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point due to reasons including but

not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic

problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of

/ entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable

alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds/compensation

claims.
4) Complimentary room category upgradations will depend on rooms' availability and

as per hotels terms & conditions only.

5) Room Heater / AC available in the hotel with an extra cost bared by the guest

directly (Depends on hotel policy and terms)

6) If the booking is more than one room in the same or all resort in a different

destination, possibly that rooms should be on differences in the sense of floor,

location, room size, amenities, facilities, etc. (Depends on hotels structure) even in

the the same category of rooms booking also.

7) Guests can't compare the rating of hotels/resorts in hill station areas or tourist spot

areas with business city or business class hotels.

8) Driver and vehicle details will be forwarded on your contact mobile numbers, which

will be given at the booking time; they will be sent to the guest within 12 hrs. Before

your first arrival point by our software systems. Guest are requested not to follow up

on the vehicle details and driver details.

9) The details we have provided can be replaced with changes at the last movement

due to any technical reason or right.

10) All guests are requested to satisfy themselves with a Vehicle or driver within the

minimum time duration. If you found any significant issue in a vehicle like a carrier,

a/c, wheels, seating capacity, a music system, or any other things, please inform our

operation department on the spot without wasting time.

11) We are organising the Vehicle according to the number of paying passengers only

unless specifically mention children in travelling schedules.
12) Ideal timings of use of Vehicle will be from 7:00 AM approx till 10:00 PM only for all

ideal transfer and main mentioned sightseeing only, (In an emergency case it will be

flexible also)

13) AC will operate on hills with additional cost.

14) Any Hike up in Fuel cost & changes in taxes structure etc., after the date of

quotation and even after booking, will be charged extra on the actual Amount of

changes and bared by the guest either well in advance or on a direct payment basis.

15) If you cause any injury or damage affecting the service provider, you may be liable

to the service provider. If the service provider recovers any monies from us for such

injury or damages, we shall separately charge you for the same.
16) We cannot be held responsible/liable for any delay, deficiency, injury, death, loss

or damage, etc., occasioned due to the act or default of such service providers, their

employees or agents.

17) Please clarify the total number of passengers, including infants and children, at

the time of booking only; the Vehicle will be suggested and scheduled as per the given

information. Last movement no replacement of Vehicle will be possible or allowed.

18) According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID must be carried by every

person above 18 staying at the hotel. Accepting identification proofs are a driver's

License, Voters Card, Passport, and Ration Card. Without a valid ID, the guest will not

be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as good ID cards.
